Refund policy
Returns are accepted only where:
- Goods are received damaged
- Incorrect items have been supplied
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering by the customer
- Goods that have been opened or used
- Reporting Issues
Any issues with orders must be reported promptly with supporting evidence where required.
